    A and L ppi

    I am trying to claim my ppi from A and L. I sent them a letter on the 22nd of may and received a reply saying they would get back to me with 28 days. I then received a letter saying they had until the 24th of July to give me a response. I have rang them this morning and as yet I have not been allocated a caseworker so no one has yet looked into my complaint.

    I have contacted the FOS and they have sent out a complaints form.

    Could anyone advise me on what to do next

    Can you give a little more detail as to why you are claiming back the PPI?
