I am about to embark on helping a friend who has been forced to take out two loans with ppi applied by the RBS.:santa_cheesy:
She is a child minder, therefore considered self employed.
We have sent the Subject Access Request and the information is lacking to say the least They are in breach of information requested.
The current loan is still ongoing and she has now cancelled the ppi and had some refunded into the balance of the loan and now we are after what she has paid.:santahat
As we know the RBS group are not so helpful in giving you information, so I do expect a bit of a fight with them:NEWMESSAGE:
