Hi.
My wife had a Grattan Catalogue account between 1995 and 2014, at least 2014 is when Grattan shut the account down as settled.
We have been in contact with them online via the complaints section of their website and had a reply confirming that the account existed in her name and provided the account number for her. They also confirmed that she had PPI applied applied to the account. As I type this she is completing the SAR letter to them.
My question is when we are claiming PPI how do we calculate the amount due on a continuously fluctuating balance and also the statuary interest of 8%. Also should we be claiming for the commission they were given on selling the PPI on this account following Plevin?
Kind regards
