  • claim against the A&L

    Hello Everybody,

Just about to start a claim against the A&L for my daughter,

The loans were in jan 2004 and a top up loan in oct 2004. They were a young couple just starting out in life with a new baby. both loans are paid off now.

She has sent a SAR and ca requests. bits of info received from the sar, but very lacking in info.

Both credit agreements state the ppi is monthly (full and gap monthly cpp cig).??? what does this mean in english.

The agreements are very confusing and the figures don't add up.

Non compliance letter for tthe sar going their way for the rest of the info. Do they think I came up the river on a banana boat

    Hi Hells

    Nice to see you again.

I have not done any PPI claims so I just wanted to offer my support.

    xx
