So..
Bank Smart. trading as symmetric systems.. are a bunch of idiots. I wont bore you with my story but they made up a claim on my behalf etc etc sent letters to my bank in my name, got letters back in my name and opened them bla bloa, sent me nasty emails threatening me with police action as Ive upset the girl on admin! haha.. I'm sure you've heard all the stories..
So after they sent me a lot of invoices for over £500,and many months of letters from debt collectors ive decided to take action myself. I paid for a full report from companies house to which I came up trumps,
Its all bad, They have outstanding CCj's, a ZERO credit limit! owners of other businesses etc etc. and it all points to bad business.
I copied and pasted all the bad info about them and emailed it off, including the Daily Mail, telegraph, Sun, MOJ, etc
Since I posted a letter through his door ~ive never heard anything since, all ive had is an email from the complaints dept saying my complaint is being looked at. Nothing since that 4 months ago.
