Hi I'm a newbie with a serious problem with IVA

Hi everyone and sorry to come straight in with such a problem. Just basically, I will not cover everything just yet, my husband took out an IVA nearly three years ago. The company involved have just phoned and demanded we get a loan to pay back remainder of debt. This turns out to be more now than the original debt. We have been lied to and not given information when we have asked for it.

Please give me information which forum I can get the best help on

Sorry your post has gone so long unanswered. Hopefully now it may get some response. I know National Debtline has very good information on this sort of thing. It might be worth phoning them.
