anyone had any experiences with a company called banksmart!!! they have decided to charge me for something that was eligibly free and received a hefty bill off them that they are threatening me to pay within 7 days - ppi connected i asked them not to and cancelled as there was no ppi please let me know if you have thankyou

Seems they are scammers. Another forum has 6 pages about them and the advice there varies between "ignore" or report them to the fraud squad. They go through all the standard threats of debt collectors, court action, sell your children to white slavers etc etc. Sure someone with more info will be along soon.
