Googled them and this came up

Thanks Enaid, I will certainly take a sceen copy of this page and show this to the MOJ at our meeting in August. Stuff like this is beginning to get very messy as we do not even know if these people are scammers or genuine lol. From looking at their web site they seem to be accountants not CMC's so wonder what there game is sending out automated calls.

Hi - I actually work for Park Lane Financial Services Limited and really feel the need to respond to this thread. This company, 'Purple Pig', are trading under the name of 'Park Lane Financial Services SL' which IS NOT connected in any way to us. We have reported the issue to all the regulatory bodies involved but as their company is registered in Spain (hence the SL) they are not using our exact company name (Park Lane Financial Services Limited) so there is not much that can be done for us. Rest assured we are doing our best to dissociate ourselves from this company. Our MD has been in touch with Purple Pig who are very rude and cut the call once they realise who it is calling. Our staff have received abusive telephone calls ranging from people that have been pestered by continuous calls to those that have actually lost money to these scammers. Please recheck your posting puffrose - the first part IS us (note the 'Limited' in the company name) and the latter in yellow IS NOT US (note the S.L). The website (www.parklanefinancial.co.uk) belongs to us, and the note is genuine with the aim to hopefully reduce the amount of angry calls we are having to deal with (along with rude voicemails, emails and callers dialling and continually hanging up on us) whilst trying to run a business. Please, please check the facts before assuming or at least contact us to get more information and gauge the situation. And to those that possibly will read this thread after googling this scammer company - we are just as much as a victim in this as you are, so although you are angry with the situation, calling us unfortunately won't resolve the issue and rest assured we are doing everything we can to help shut them down. Legal Beagles have recently had our meeting with the MOJ so we will not get a chance to flag this to the MOJ's attention in the near future. Can I respectfully suggest that you write directly to Kevin Rousell at the MOJ and explain what is happening so that they are fully aware as well.
