      Just have Watchdog on and it makes sense to me stolen phones can be used to send messages to anyone so maybe this is what's happening here.

        Tried who calls me but about three people saying the same thing automated call about ppi

          Did a bit more digging.
          Over seas number possibly Antiga.
          Appear to be getting round the international code or routing through this country.
          Chap at TPS said complaints like this have grown and is likely to increase as more of these firms will put themselves out of UK "laws"
