The no you have given is the one we rang, 0865 04 05 06 and as far as i know it was the Bradford branch we spoke to, but now i am wondering if it was,as this complaint was registered with them, but it was the North Yorkshire one i spoke to in the first place
On the bottom of the letter it says they will contact her again in 20 days

That number states that it is consumer direct Consumer Direct telephone number 08454 04 05 06 Which looks like it is part of Citizens advice

that number also it appears covers the Trading Standards http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk/advice/index.cfm very confusing indeed.

My daughter has now been cold called by a company called claims4you, they say its a Government funded one, but i am sure a Government funded one wouldnt cold call,
I wouldnt trust any of them now
