Received the following from banksmart. Does anyone know what a "financial ombudsman form" looks like as I'm damned if I've ever seen one.

You have been invoiced for failing to return the signed Financial Ombudsman form despite numerous reminders. If you have received settlement or wish to cancel you must pay this invoice now.

If you require a replacement form or for queries regarding this invoice please let us know and this invoice will be cancelled once the required form is received.

I broke all the rules today by calling MIL collections after they repeatedly left text messages on my land line, I tried to calmly inform the bafoon on the other end of the line that no money was owed to BS and their invoice was actually fictitious, only for the cretin to inform me in his smug manner that what I was saying wouldn't change a thing, the rest of the conversation consisted of Mr Moron trying to spurt his script while I continually spoke over him the words of "Your Thick" & "Your a bunch of morons, why don't you listen" at various levels of volume. This went on for some time until in a pause I simply said something along the lines of refarring to oft, I removed the phone from my ear momentarily only to put it back to hear the line go dead.
What is it with BS and their side kicks MIL?
