ok I now have the full picture....
The Company registration number on the Robin Hood Refunds web site is for First Refunds Ltd.
First Refunds Ltd - company registration number 06735850, next accounts due 31/7/2012 and next annual return 25/11/2012 This shows as active and not dormant.
Robin Hood Refunds Ltd - company registration number 07215882, accounts due 7/1/2012, next annual return 5/5/2012, the company is showing as active and not dormant.
The directors seem to be the same on both.
Next I will check with the Ministry of Justice to see if the registration is with Robin Hood Refunds or First Refunds Ltd.:-
Ministry of Justice Web Site Shows both First Refunds and Robin Hood Refunds are authorised fror business.
In any event I totally agree with Steveo that you would be on dodgy ground trying to claim that the mortgage was mis-sold.
