I thought CYD went some time ago. Have you checked that they are still authorised by the MOJ?
I have not heard of Key to law again check with the Ministry of Justice.
How do Key to Law know you have an unenforceable debt?
Did they cold call you?
Why are they asking for upfront fees?
I would be very wary of anyone who writes to me out of the blue and comes up with a statement that your debts are unforceable. If it sounds too goood to be true then it is a duck.
