    First Port Management Company in trouble

    Having a nightmare with First Port. No repairs being completed at Dock House. Hazelmere Marina , Waltham Abbey. They never respond to phone calls or emails and now I have found that cleaning services and gardening have been suspended by Red Management Services as they have not been paid for over 3 months. I am worried sick. Just bought a flat here ! What can I do ?

    Have you complained to your freeholder, the entity that owes you obligations under your lease?
