      Hi Nick

      I have had a confirmation from Bank Smart that they have received my letter of Complaint and will look into it which will take between 3 and 7 weeks. I will let you know.

        Yep standard holding response from them. If you get the final response, or don't get one within 8 weeks from when you sent the complaint let me know.

            sickofthem it's only been 5 days in a process of between 3 and 7 weeks!
