Hi I have received an invoice from Bank Smart after asking them to stop sending me emails asking for paper work I don't have. They sent me a form to sign in 2019 with 20 companies that they were claiming against in my name, which I signed as thought it was no win no fee. I did receive £113 from one of these companies but Bank Smart charged me £99 plus vat so I had to pay them. The have cancelled all of these claims but charged me £165 for each of them plus administration fees which amounts to £1850.70. I have asked for all of my paperwork over the phone but was quite angry when leaving my message so might have slated them a bit???? I have received my paperwork back and there are replies from the companies saying no ppi, complaint closed. Why, therefore, are Bank Smart asking for more paperwork when they know there is no ppi to be claimed. I didn't respond to their emails as had nothing to give them. They are saying that is breach of contract as didn't send paperwork??
