EXC - Eight weeks have elapsed since the completed 'Letter before Claim' response was returned to AJJB Law.

Completed as you advised. AJJB Law don't even respond when I ask them to proceed to court. Looks as though they don't have the appetite.

Mind you,the genuine signature that I provided in that returned 'Letter before Claim' is a stark contrast the the one that Allay had.

That's good to hear but it doesn't necessarily mean you won't hear from them again. Although I haven't heard of anyone who's had anything from them recently, least of all a court claim. So keep us posted if you do.
