Mil collections and bank smart

We are In receipt of a letter from MIL Collections on behalf of Bank Smart today giving me 14 days to pay up £658 or else it will go to court
This company called my partner ages ago asking if they could help identify potential PPI claims on a no win no fee basis. Have not heard anything until today
Personally I would leave it and call their bluff but my partner is very worried and needs to know next steps..any advice please?

The likelihood of them taking you to court isn't that high but they'll keep hounding you for payment.

What you need to do is make a formal complaint to them. We'd need to know more in order to help you with a complaint though.
