    If you're happy with it, date and sign it and send it by registered post to the address on it and also email it to¬*complaints@bank-smart.co.uk

    When you email it copy in ivan.thompson@fca.org.uk

    Keep us posted and good luck. I'm fairly confident they'll uphold it.

        Ok good, keep us posted. They should acknowledge your complaint after a week or so but have 8 weeks to give a final response.

        If you don't get an acknowledgement after a couple of weeks let us know and we'll send a chaser.
