Hi. I stupidlg got informed with banksmart in april this year, after they took over my claims from another. Company, there were 19 claims on the first LOA that i signed and Sent back, then a few weeks ago.i got another LOA with another 16 with log in details, i logged in and tried to cancel these as its within the 14 day period but the cancellation form doesnt work, so i have emailed them over 9 days ago, and Sent. A letter asking to cancel all my claims, since then i have another LOA with 13 on them, again Sent a letter asking to cancel all claims with emiatate effect and station that cancel form doesnt work. Now again yesterday i recieve an email with a further 18 claims some are rediculos such as anglian water. I really dont know whats else to to do i havnt signed the last 3 LOA s as i dont want them to proceed, i have also recieved a letter today from one of the bank. Station that they have recieved my complaint and are looking into my claim, what do i do send this letter to banksmart? I am so started this is getting out of hand over 60 claims in my name, i jus want to cancel everything, any advice would be good please!!!

Ok if you could answer a few questions I'll try and help.

    1) Who was the company that Bank Smart took your claims over from?

    2) Do you have any letters or emails from Bank Smart or the other company about your claims being taken over?

    3) Have you had any response from Bank Smart to your letter cancelling the claims?
