I signed a contract with JPS a few years ago in respect of them chasing PPI claims for me. I was awarded some repayments and I paid their fee of 30% +VAT.
This week I have received another repayment totally out of the blue and JPS have sent me an invoice again for 30% +VAT.
My query is that on their website their fees are advertised as 20% + VAT. I sent them an email about this and there reply states that because my contract with them started prior to 10/07/2018 I have to pay 30% +VAT.
Would you think I have grounds to challenge this or are they right?
