For the moment it only covers letters to the banks and the Financial Ombudsman, but they are working on the court guide.
They have made some good revisions and its much improved on the old version, and its in nice Plain intelligible language (something I know we're not that bonza at on here lol)
There are also some example letters for use to respond to the banks and submit complaints to the FOS.
