    i had a gmac mortgage from 2001 to 2008 which fell into arrears in 2002 as a ex partner ran up debts in my name

    the charges were added to the loan as well i had no bank account so could only pay by building society cheque so it always took time to clear also interest rates were punishing i have all my account statements and have added up around £3500 in charges i was finally forced to go to Ge money another sub prime to get payment down

    a few years ago th offered a £450 payment has any one got the full amount back thanks paul

    No. According to them their charges are fair. I have around the same amount of charges added to my current mortgage. They offered me around £300 when I complained. It is now with the FOS but I am not holding out much hope. The mortgage is now with Paratus AMC as they took over the mortgages.
