because
the claim was stayed pending the final determination in the OFT V Abbey &Ors Test Case and Judgment was handed down by the Supreme Court on the 25th November 2009. The Claimant wishes to continue with his claim and in order to take into account the issues clarified by the Supreme Court judgment amend his particulars of claim accordingly.
