  • JPS Financial Services invoice for Work done

Hi I have received a letter from JPS requesting £190 for a PPI claim that I had tried to claim previously. I have had many phone calls from them reading out lists of companies that I have had credit cards with. I have always said I'm not sure if there is a claim. I cannot remember making the claim.

Do I have to pay this invoice? I didn't sign paperwork originally as I didn't want to claim. I was threatened by email that I would be charged if I didn't sign paperwork.

    Any advice welcome!

From your post I'm not sure if you actually got the PPI refund but either way if you don't feel that you gave JPS your informed consent to make a claim you should make a formal complaint to them on that basis and you can then go to the Claims Management Ombudsman if they don't uphold it.
