  • Complaint to Payday lender

I had a loan in January through lending stream.

No payments were made on the account as it was quite unaffordable in the first place. This account is currently in the final stages of going to court for a CCJ with a debt collector. I have asked them to extend the date because I’m making a complaint to Lending Stream but they said they wont.

Is there any point in making an unfair lending complaint to lending stream as no payments were made? So I cant really claim interest back.

Possibly yes, you could still have the balance written off. But you might find because you only had one loan they reject it.

What was your situation when you took the loan out? What was it for? Did you tell them (honestly) what it was for?
