  • Problem problem with Quick Quid claim for irresponsible lending.

Good afternoon everyone, I am seeking advice with a problem I may have created with a claim for irresponsible lending with Quick Quid.
My wife passed away with cancer, I am the executor for her estate. Whilst tying everything up I came across old bank statements showing short term loans from Quick Quid from 2011 to 2014 for a total of 17 loans.
Total amounts of loans for that period were £8100
    and repayments totalled £11,282 approx.
I wrote to Quick Quid using the Resolver tool
from an internet site. Quick Quid have responded but in my late wife’s name, and have sent a portage of her personal account. I didn’t inform them at the beginning that I was complaining on her behalf because I thought the account was in joint names. How should I go about informing Quick Quid that I am acting on behalf of my late wife ? and have I fallen foul of the GDPR? any advice would really put my mind at rest.
    Many thanks in advance
