pension advise please

the firm i work for take a pension out my wages every two weeks since i stated although i have requested for this not to carry on they are still taking it.
so apparently the pension provider is NEST?
i got that fed up i contacted NEST spoke too very nice people however it transpires this firm are not paying into NEST but keeping the money
according to advise given by pension people some firms keep your money for 12 months before paying it in.
how can i get my money off them please.

To request not to be enrolled in the company pension scheme you need to ask your employer to provide you with an "opt-out" form to complete.

Whilst you are contacting your employer I would suggest you also explain that you have contacted NEST and you understand from them that payments have not been made into your pension arrangements with NEST. Ask the company to confirm what has happened to the pension deductions made from your salary and when they will be placed into the NEST scheme.
