Definitely a step in the right direction but there's a further 999 steps to go!

Yes I think it is far too little but it is a step in the right direction. It is roughly in line with the code of conduct that some signed up to but many ignore. I just hope it is watertight with no wriggle room for them. I suspect and hope that it will force some more to leave the market
