    hi all i new on here ,i will give a quick low-down on my position ..i have about 6 payday lenders..(i know now how could we have so stupid) but when needs must anyway i am in reak difficulty and the amounts are getting bigger through chages and fees i have told all the companies i am in a finacial mess ,,but they don t wanna know ..ANY help would be gratefully accepted..and even the ppl who wanna tell me how stupid i am i will take on board

      Basically they will keep taking money off you for as long as you keep paying.

      You will have to decide what is reasonable, present them with a payment schedule and then stick to it, they will try and intimidate and threaten but the only way out is to stick to your guns.

      Look at what you have borrowed and look at how much you have re-payed on each individual lender, if it seems to you that you have re-payed enough then stop.
      If they take you to court which is unlikely(although not knowing your circumstances I am sticking my neck out somewhat) the court will look at what is reasonable, the PDL will try an push the contract, but it is very unlikely that a court will enforce any ridiculous amounts of charges or interest.
