Minicredit Payday Loans

I'm trying to help someone who has a debt with the above company. Does anyone have a physical address for them, or even an email which a third party debt adviser could use please?

They are ignoring everything and breaking every guideline in the book. Any initial contact information other than the person's personal log in details would be really welcomed. They are causing huge distress, and I'm keen to encourage them to act more reasonably.

Yes I do, except they don't respond to any correspondence sent there. Sorry Miss FM, I should have mentioned that address. I think it must probably be a virtual address.

So any other addresses or email contacts would be great. They are a pain!

Yep - as you can see, they're a lovely company! The person I'm helping is close to breaking point. I am of a mind to ignore them and pay £1.00 per month until they sell it to a DCA, but they don't want to do that.

Almost definitely a virtual address as I'm sure there's a couple of solicitors offices at that address.

Personally I would not pay a penny and tell them to stuff it where the sun don't shine as well as a FOS complaint.
I guess you may have professional ethics that won't allow that.
My last email from them was late sept/early Oct and one phone call from their DCA. If they have carried on adding interest I must owe them in excess of 2K by now .
they registered a default on my file on 1/12/2012 for £500 less than the last email they sent me but have never issued a proper DN

Thanks for the emails Jon - I don't think I had those, but my memory is appalling, so apologies if you sent them!

I saw about the accounts (Post 8) - don't think it's particularly important at present.

I've suggested my client pay £1 pcm until they sell it to a DCA, but they don't want that. It makes life difficult then, as OFT etc... won't do anything.

OFT won't do anything but Fos might they have not replied. I had some fos joy with MEM consumer finance

Minicredit will not give out bank details.
I do think I sent them a while ago to an email address that our lord and master gave me ..a sky one with a wrong initial and your surname
