I am having bother with a company called Carter Forbes who have taken monies i owed for a Pay day Loan. Cleared my bank account told will refund money but if they do not what can I do

Not yet as it happened late on the day but I have sent e-mails to the company I have to go to Hospital tomorrow will not know until I come home
