A few years ago I got in a financial mess and used many Payday Loans. I had numerous with Lending Stream which I made a complaint for as being mid-sold. They refused so I went to the Ombudsman who found in my favour and ordered them to pay redress. They have failed to do so and ignore all communication from both myself and the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman says I need to take them to court to ask the court to enforce it. They owe me £332. Is it worth it or am I throwing good money after bad as, no doubt Lending Stream will go into administration as most other payday lenders have

Now that’s bizarre. I had the same thing happen last month with a different lender. FOS made the final decision and lender wouldn’t pay.

FOS told me the next step was they would report the company to FCA who could ultimately fine them.

It didn’t come to that as I harassed the CEO of said company and made a mockery of them on Trustpilot and social media, in the end they paid out of embarrassment.

the difficulty you have got though is that lending stream could not give a £&@“ about their reputation so you can write what you want and they will just ignore.
