  • Piggy bank loan

hi I have only joined today but looked here for advice a lot. I have been pursued by piggy bank for an apparent loan I took out I canít remember if I did or not thereís nothing on my credit file . I said I havenít taken a payday loan out in over 7 years and donít remember taking one out with them. Iíve received this today.email.

Please be advised that this loan was taken out on the 7th December 2012, to date you have not made payments towards the account. Your current outstanding balance is £480.23, however we can offer you a reduced settlement of £151.00. Once paid the remaining balance will be written off and your account will be closed, therefore reported on your credit file as fully settled.

If we are unable to put an arrangement in place, your account will be passed over to third party debt collection.

Please be advised that if you believe you should not have been given this loan, please send information over tocomplaints@piggy-bank.co.uk
Also I said I was in severe financial difficulties back then so am surprised if I was allowed to under the circumstances

That's strange that they contacted you after 7 years, why they didn't get in touch with you within all this period in order to inform you about the loan. I also have a loan experience. A couple of years ago, when I was looking for a loan lender that will help me to develop my flower business, I came across the Paydayseek website. There I filled out a form and after a few days, I was informed that the loan was approved. Well, when I was supposed to pay back the loan, the representatives contacted me by email or phone, and all was alright. In terms of my experience, I found this site super useful because it was safe and fast. So, I suggest you go to that bank and ask for papers that will prove that you got that loan. It is possible to be some crooks who want to take advantage of you.
