Bridgewater acceptances ltd

Hi has anybody had any dealings with this ltd company i am in the process of getting a bridging loan with them but they say in one clause Harpmanor Ltd to listed as a interested party on the Building Insurance which has rang alarm bells just wondered if you guys gals have had heard anything regarding anybody having dealings with them thanks again .
