Hi on the 19th August loan Options. Net took £68.95 out of my account. I was looking for a loan which i no longer need but they did not tell me they were taking the money out of account or I would not of agreed I'm not working on at the moment and living on very low income of child tax and child benefit. Does anyone know why they have taken my money and if there is any way of getting a refund thank you

Re: money taken from my account
have you had the loan or is this a finders fee? Go to your bank and cancel any and all direct debits and continuing payment authorities this company might have . If you have not had a loan write to them and say you no longer want a loan and that you are cancelling any contract between you and you require a refund as they not provided the contracted service . The letter should be sent signed for which costs around £2 . If you any email texts or wrotten communication then take hard copies and copies of any electronic contract . post up the contract if you have one and let other beagles see it .
