  • Hardship!

    I got a phone today regards my income&expenditure.I to go through it over the phone.They said i should recive a letter in the next few days.If they make me a offer Do i have to take it? If i am not satisfied what they offer me?I am in debt.Coucil tax moorcroft.lowells united utilities.I owe my mum £1600.For the finance of my car.

    To be quite blunt Maggie, if you are in true hardship then you should accept anything they offer.It will reduce at least some of your debts

    This does not stop you from claiming any additional hardship in the future and the bank is not under any legal obligation to offer anything at all.

    Is this Yorkshire Bank?

    The bank may decide to remove any overdraft facilities you may have and switch you to a basic account to help prevent you falling back into the same situation.

        ones for littlewoods.The others for bank loan.
        They did close my account down.Then opened a other one where i cant go overdrawn.Which is miles better for me.

          got a call today from the bank asking me how i am going to pay this overdraft back.How much am i allowed to offer them?I havent got that much money to start with as i am only receving £79 sick pay.And £120 from my hubby.I have to live on this and pay bills.Debts.gas/electric.councill tax
