Hi I put my details re need help on the newbie messages so not sure if I SHOULD HAVE put it here. Mind I have received so good replies so far and thanks to all that have replied. I am seeking to reclaim charges from HALIFAX UNDER HARDSHIP. LAST count charges around £3.6k in 2007/2008 but have accrued more since.
