Ok yesterday I received a plain list of all my charges since Dec 2006 totalling 1103.85 (sorry American laptop don't have the pound icon) they took 10.00 out of my already overdrawn account for this and today I receive the biggest envelope with ALL transactions since 2006 WOW how the heck can I understand all of it, it's about 30 pages., Oh and they also cashed my 10.00 cheque that I sent along with the SAR so they have had 20.00 off me for the same service.
So now I want to claim back under the financial hardship avenue, the account is with collections and I have a payment arrangement in place to pay 50.00 into acct every 15th and they take it on the 17th, my question is....
Why are they charging me 120.00-215.00 in unplanned overdraft charges when I have a payment plan with them, the acct is not used for anything other than me putting the arranged 50.00 in(35.00 to come off debt and 15.00 interest!!!
As you can see I am adding to my balance by 70.00 each and every month because of their charges and everytime I query this they just up my overdraft to include the charges and then the same happens the following month and Im getting more vexed as each month passes.
I don't want to increase my overdraft, why should I when it's their charges, I'm sticking to the monthly arrangement.
    Sorry for the rant!!
Ok so now I have tallied up the charges Im gonna send the second template requesting them back(if anyone knows of a good one please let me know)
State I fall into the FSA financial Hardship category, include an income and expenditure sheet showing my 350.00 per month deficit, a copy of income support, copies of all debtors chasing me, is there anythingelse I could include, and should I send it back to the address where they sent my personal data from?
Sorry if these posts seem familiar but was advised to start threads in the FH section.

Make sure you write them a separate letter and point out that the statutory maximum fee for a DPA request is £10 not £20 and you'd like it back straight away.

Yes I will do, but have bigger fish to fry with the little toads.
