I am just finalising my letter to Natwest regarding my refund claim under the hardship provision. Do I send the letter to my local branch or the head office?

Fairly sure that is the address strugglingmum sent hers to... also she used these numbers when chasing up her claim... 0845 3012783 Fax 0141 2491451.

Hi Rob,

A warm welcome to Legal Beagles.

As much information that you can send supporting your claim with your initial letter, it should then be dealt with quicker. This should include all evidences regarding your hardship and also your Income and expenditure summary and a list of all charges on a spreadie that you are claiming with interest. Your letter should indicate as to why you fall under the FSA waiver etc.

Welcome, and good luck! A few weeks ago I got my money back from Natwest and it made all the difference.
