  • fisher v lloyds hardship claim

    hi my daughter is dealing with my grandsons case , claimed hardship. my grandsons partner has been in and out of work due to illness ,they now have a 11week old baby and really having a bad time behind with morgage,council tax one company took him to court and they barely have money to feed themselves and baby .without our help they would have nothing . just had letter back from lloyds after claiming hardship with a get lost although they say in the letter they admit he is in trouble but its not their fault . in just the last 6 months they have added over 800 pound in charges please any advise what to do next thank you

    I think we need to know what documentation/evidences they supplied to Lloyds when they sent in their hardship claim. We have found if all the documents are packaged well it will normally speed up the process. Just this week we have had a success with Barclays in just under 2 weeks.

      Hi fisher and welcome to Beagles.

      Have set up your very own thread for help and advice with your(grandsons) claim.

      If you could give us more detail, complete an Income/Expenditure sheet and list ALL debts/arreers we should be able to assist you.
