I need my car because my elest daughter is sick.
the totel is without over time as he has none at present.
our main debt is with Barclays.
I spoke to a customer service man who said to cancel all my DDs so if i do that how am i soposed to pay them if all the wages are going to barclays.
and then tryed to sell me some house insurence.

Can you please advise what this sum represents ie 70% of claim, and remember this is not in full and final - when the test case is completed hopefully in our favour the balance of your claim will be paid to you.

and said it would take them up to five working days.
A member of their team may contact me to discuss my claim either by phone or letter
In the meantime i may wish to speak with a dept counselling organiseation.
