I wonder if anyone can help me please. Last month I agreed to a consent order to keep my car, I've paid on time and this morning I've received an N1 form from the courts, I don't understand what it's for. Are they asking for the car back or is this to do with the consent order? When I spoke to them they said the only way to keep the car was to have a consent order and now this has landed on my doormat. Thank you

Re: Moneybarn
Need a bit more information from you at the moment.
What form did this consent order take? can you show us a copy of it? Why was a consent order needed in the first place? I assume because you missed a payment?
Will need to see a copy of the N1 form too.
Was all of this correspondence in writing or did you agree over the phone? How long ago was it?
It may be a lesson learnt for you on this, but always get it in writing and never rely on verbal agreements.
