Today I recived what I believe to be a CCJ.. I read a few forums and I acknowledged the claim and decided to defend in full.
I got advised to begin a thread on here hoping for some help and advise as I am clueless ATM.

Is this a claim issued by the Northampton County Court Business Centre?

Can you please give the following details:

Who is the claimant?

Which Solicitors are they using?

How much is claimed?

Who was the original creditor?

What type of account was this.

When did payments cease?

Yes it is county court centre, Northampton.

The claimant is Lowell solicitors limited

Amount claimed is £6435.04
Court fee is £60
LRS is £70
Total is £765.04

Original creditor was VERY

I have never made payment.

Hi,

Lowell Solicitors Ltd. is the in house legal department for the Lowell group so one of the companies will show on the claim for.
When was the account opened?

When was the account defaulted/terminated? It might be a good idea to check your credit files to see what is recorded you can check Noddle/clear score free online if you don't have the data.
