restriction /interim charging order

ok so im really hoping someone can help i have a restiction/interim charging order on my land registry my solicitor is saying it needs to be paid but my mortgage agents are telling me not to as theres no second charges on the property and if there was it would be on the mortgage redemption figure im really confused as what to do and my solicitor really wont help anything i say and ask seems to fall on deaf ears any help would be really appreciated.
