I have just received a notice from swift credit saying they want £660 pound for an unpaid littering fine. I remember the incident as I had an argument with the issuing officer at the time when I asked to the video evidence of me dropping g a cigarette butt; I asked because I know I hadn't dropped it. He refused saying that if I was going to be like that he would get licensing involved; I was a cab driver at the time, so I told him if he couldn't prove it he could sling his hook. The alleged incident took place last summer and I have heard nothing until today when I received this letter threatening to gain entry into my home and remove goods. My question is simply what are my rights as no one enters my home without my permission and I absolutely detest bullies, which is exactly what these clowns are. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
