Hey I posted on here in regards to receiving a letter from the court in Northampton, I have acknowledged the debt and have said i deny it in full, I have sent the letters off asking about all the paperwork, credit agreement along with the £1 charge, i sent that on Tuesday and had it recorded delivery , well today I have received an email and it has a completely different amount on to the previous letter they sent me. I did state my brother had got catalogues in my name and that's y I'm disputing them as the debt isn't mine, what shall I do now? I'm worried in case they send bailiffs to my house, I'm so stressed about this and don't know what to do anymore 😞 Any help would be greatly appreciated.
