Hello,
I was due to go on holiday with a group of friends and 2 weeks before departure my name was removed from the booking, and an alternative name was placed on by the lead passenger. I entered a claim on MCOL to which the defendant disputed resulting in the case been passed to my local court. Today I have received an N24 (general form of judgement or order) which states 'the application is refused as: a)no indication of any grounds for disputing the judgement sum demonstrating a real prospect of sucessfully defending the claim, or b)no other good reason for setting judgement aside.
Can anybody please explain what this means as I am unsure if I still have to go to court or whether I have won/lost my claim.:tinysmile_hmm_t2:
Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
