My daughter has had her licence revoked on medical grounds but she has a new car on finance. Is there any special concessions for returning the car as she has only had it 4 Months? The car has to be insured but the insurance is invalid without a licence and she can only get her licence back in 12 months.

R0b will know more, but I recall that where an unforeseen event renders an agreement very hard, or impossible to perform, the courts construes the contract voided.
Or something like that, so probably the finance company will have to come to a mutual agreement.Comment
