First of all don't let them in, they can't force their way into your home.

do you have any car they could potentially seize?

and what is the debt for?

      I'm terrified!!
They are saying it's for gas and electric but I am at a loss it's a huge bill I'm disabled and have let things slide for a number of years so yes it's my own fault.
My son has a car but not me.

I have been talking to a company called payplan and they say I have to let them in and as I don't have enough goods to settle the debt I will have to sign a control of goods agreement.
My son does have paperwork thank goodness.
They themselves had no paperwork it was all on his phone???

You do not have to let them in if you do they will only take control of goods of value and there are goods they cannot seize. IF you cannot pay tell them how much is the debt?

Are you in any position to pay anything now or in instalments?

I will comment further over the weekend as I am about to make substantial changes to previous advise that I have given regarding enforcement of judgements by High Court enforcement officers.

Would you mind posting back to let us know how much the judgment is for?
